Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Environmental Services. £30k - £35k per annum doe. 33 days Holidays. 5% Employer Cont. Pension Scheme. Life Assurance 4 x salary. Study/Training Support.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a group of Project Manager's to achieve companies and client Goals and Objectives, within Offshore Environmental, Noise Monitoring. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in this busy and varied role where you will:

The Role

• Ensure the Financial, Technical, Contractual, Quality and HSE are met in accordance with both Company and Clients standards and expectations
• Manage multidisciplined projects from enquiry, invoicing through to completion
• Lead Client visits & presentations
• Preparation and Submission of Tenders, engaging with all relevant parties
• Approve all costings, proposals and relevant documentation
• Training and Mentoring
• UK & Overseas Travel
• Maintain and develop New and Existing client relationships
• Monitoring of KPI's to ensure budgets are met

Skills & Qualifications

• Marine Science related degree
• Project Management/ Scientific accreditation or equivalent
• Full Clean UK Driving License
• 2 years’ field experience within Marine Mammal Mitigation in the Offshore Industry
• Flexible working attitude to meet the needs of the business
• Strong Communicator
• Excellent I.T skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Proactive approach to working
• Leadership & Management skills
• Strong Problem solving ability
• Work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify business opportunities
• Level headed approach 
• Ability to influence and motivate a team
